Job Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate & Generous Commission Structure

Contract Details: This is a part-time position with flexible hours Monday to Friday (scope to increase to fulltime). You must be eligible to work in the UK.

Job Description:

Electric Rider is the fastest growing UK eMobility Start-up. We are looking for a driven eCommerce Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire across B2C & B2B channels. Our range covers eScooters, eBikes & more. Sales Assistant duties include fully remote phone sales, calling warm leads that have expressed an interest in our range of products. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase growth and revenue through sales maximisation. Ideal candidate will have an interest, knowledge or desire to learn about cycling and eMobility (Electric mobility – eScooters, eBikes & more). The role has a generous commissions structure that pays monthly as a % of sales on-top of a base hourly rate with flexible hours. 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service over phone & email
  • Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • Recommend and display items that match customer needs
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Follow all companies’ policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Proven working experience in retail or online sales
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
