Director of Sales-eMobility This person will be responsible for all sales activities in the company. He/she will effectively manage relationships with key customers and will develop new business and partnerships globally. Key Responsibilities: Create Business Development strategy for the E-Mobility industry Manage the Sales Team Find new business development opportunities Improve business processes and interactions Identify potential customers and partners Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide consistent feedback to the organization on the needs of potential customers and partners Negotiate final agreements with potential customers and partners Expand ASI’s presence to drive new business opportunities globally Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners Develop innovative strategies to expand market presence Collaborate with industry organizations and stakeholders to increase Business Development opportunities What you bring: Minimum 10 years of Sales and Business Development experience High level of strategic thinking Strong business acumen, results driven Must be highly organized and detail oriented Superior communication skills; both verbal and written Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and ever-changing environment Ability to Travel
